Fully Automatic Channel Baler
VAK 16-100
The waste to be compacted is fed to the machine via an open feed chute. When the material reaches a certain height, a photoelectric sensor is triggered which starts the compaction process. The ram head compresses the material within the compaction channel. Any material extending into the feed chute is cut off by a special blade on the ram head. When the compaction process is finished, the ram head returns to its starting position. During the compaction process, it is possible to put more material into the feed chute since the ram head closes the connection between the feed chute and the compacting volume. With each compaction cycle, the bale is pushed farther into the channel and is automatically tied with wire (tying material: coiled wire) once the desired bale length has been reached. The resulting bales are ejected at the end of the compaction channel and can be stored intermediately on a roller conveyor or slide.
Rugged and durable:Ram head guided on large, adjustable steel rollers on replaceable tempered guide rails within a sturdy compaction chamber.
Clear:
A perfectly designed monitoring and indicator system (e.g., LEDs on valves and non-contact limit switches) ensure quick identification of a possible trouble source and thus a high degree of operational reliability.
Energy efficient:
Fast and powerful at low motor power thanks to a pressure-sensitive step-hydraulic system.
Complete and perfect:
Fully automatic tying system, automated start/stop of motor, photoelectric sensor control system, automatic pressure-dependent self-regulating adjustment of compaction chamber, automatic shutdown in case of oil loss.
Practical and versatile:
The modular design of the 3 basic models makes it possible to meet the most varied requirements. Chute and channel dimensions; pressure and power ratings can be increased by up to 50 %. The use of automatic compactors often requires specially adapted feed systems to minimize expensive handling. By offering conveyor belts, pneumatic transport systems, tipcarts, feed hoppers and lifting units, we design perfectly coordinated waste management systems. Rely on our know-how during the planning stages to ensure that your waste disposal problem is solved quickly, correctly and in the most cost-efficient manner.
